Ascending Arc

From the Occult glossary : “this is the theosophical term that signifies the passage of “life waves” or “life streams” of evolving Monads upwards along, on, and through the Globes of the chain of any celestial body. Every celestial body is one member in a limited series or group of globes. These globes exist on different cosmic planes in a rising series. The life waves during any manvantara of such a chain circle or cycle around these globes in a periodical surge or impulse. The ascent from the physical Globe upwards is called the Ascending Arc, the descent through the more spiritual and etheric globes downward to the physical Globe is called the Descending Arc.”
