What Are Vibrations?
Your energetic vibration or “vibe” is the general frequency in which you function throughout your environment, mixed with your emotional state (mood.) As I teach in my book, Feelings>Thoughts>Words>Actions>Habits>Behavior>State>Outcomes. What you think, and think you “feel” becomes real.
Everything in this Universe (and without) Universe is an energetic wave. Colors, planets, thoughts, ICBMs, everything is an energetic vibration. The simplistic way to say it. Everything is consciousness, but we’ll keep it simple and focus on getting you the results fast.
If everything is energy and information, we are no different. Each of us has our own vibrational frequency and channel. This determines what we perceive, experience, and resonate with in the world. We only attract things that resonate with our frequency. This is The Song Of Life.
Think of it like this: Your energetic signature is like your IP address. You may see things that others don’t see and vice versa. You may be able to diagnose a car’s engine problem as it drives past you, and the driver might not even know there is a problem. The driver might be a nurse, and be able to stitch you up when you injure yourself working on the car. Who’s still with me?
The things you attract you can only download with your WI-FI. If you don’t have the correct password or are just out of range, the information cannot be downloaded. You can see the WIFI icon, but there is no service. You still with me? That hottie at the bar didn’t even notice you. Don’t beat yourself up – you just weren’t there yet. Or maybe she wasn’t on your level.
Benefits when you Raise Your Vibration
The best parts of having high vibes are the clarity and cognizance that come into play. It’s like you can bend reality. Imagine, you are at a party. Everyone is surrounding you, listening intently to your stories, laughing at all of your jokes. People are just drawn to you, giving you gifts and money. Life just flows.
Imagine if you will, you are driving on the highway at night. You are present, focused, unattached. A teenage kid in a BMW comes flying past on your right side, and you can see the blue light of a cellphone through the limousine tint. Your guts send you a ping that something is about to happen. A small drop of adrenaline courses through your veins and you watch as the headlights start fading into the distance, and then BAM.
The headlights disappear. Into the back of a car carrier. You push the hazard lights for the people behind you, and time slows down. With both hands on the wheel, you are evading the bumper, then the driver’s side tire, and muffler, and other debris. In slow motion. You try to get to the exit to see if everyone is ok, but time snaps back into real time, and you fly past it going 80 MPH. Holy shit, you think. That was like a movie scene! (True story.)
As much as that sounds like a fantasy, it is possible for anyone to get there if you put in the work. While everyone around you is clamoring about buying toilet paper, you quietly go to the gardening section and get seeds, planters, and soil. In SHTF situations, everyone is screaming, fighting, and crying; meanwhile, you sneak off into the sunset with a beautiful Italian woman.
Having a higher spiritual vibration gives you calmness and peace. This calm heals you at the emotional level and allows you to heal others. When you are unattached from emotions, you can use your empathy and compassion to lift others from their traps.
Your energy, after you harness its gift – will form a bubble around you, protecting you from people with lower vibrational energies, and will become impervious to their psychic attacks.
Slowly you will notice your health, both physical and mental start to increase. You will become less judgmental, afraid, and attached.
Lastly, you will begin to notice synchronicities in life. You will say or think of you want, and someone will drop it off. You might think about relocating somewhere, and you will notice the destination popping up in signs, conversations, etc.
Raise Your Vibration
Before we get into these really quick, effective techniques I want to show you the ropes. I’m not reinventing the wheel here by any means, and I am going to say the same things you’ve probably heard before – with a caveat. I will explain why and how these things are effective.
The first thing I want you to comprehend before you try and do these things unproductively is that you are in essence, a battery. The Earth in essence, is a battery. The cell in essence, is a battery. Okay? So what we need to do first is understand that – then you can start to understand what drains you.
Pro tip: 99% of everything being marketed is draining you. 99% of the people in your daily life are draining you. 99% of your thoughts are draining you. You still with me? Ok. Let’s start there – with the mind and it’s brainwaves.
Understand The 5 Brain waves
There are 5 main types of brain waves:
- Gamma
- Beta
- Alpha
- Theta
- Delta
GAMMA VIBES
This is what is considered “God Mode” or “The Flow State”, around 30-100HZ. This is the frequency that your brain uses in peak performance. These are the fastest waves we know of as of today, and there are a few ways to achieve it:
This can be achieved through meditation, breathing exercises, and deep concentration. (chess, producing music, art, yogic practices.) Believe it or not, there are dietary changes you can make that have been proven to help increase gamma production.
- Eating certain nuts like pistachios can improve cognition, focus, and gamma production. (read the study here)
- Cognition supplements or nutropics like Alphabrain (see study)
- Certain mindfulness meditations and yogic practices (see case studies here and here)
- Proper sleeping habits
- Breathing exercises like Wim Hof and Breath of Fire
BETA VIBES
This is your normal operating frequency, between 13-32 Hz. This is tapped into when you are using your logic, focus, and active thinking mind, for example: having a conversation or debate with a friend, you have to focus on their behavior and emotions, while still using memory recall to develop rapport and convey your message.
There are three levels of beta waves:
High 20.5 – 28 Hz
Mid 16.5 – 20 Hz
Low 12.5 Hz – 16 Hz
Problems occur when this frequency is disrupted, resulting in anything from ADHD to severe depression and anxiety. This frequency can be disrupted by:
Shaming/emotional abuse
head trauma
sleep deprivation
stress
marriage (kidding.) (not really.)
ALPHA VIBES
Alpha waves are between 8-13 Hz
These cycles are usually achieved during sleep and hypnosis (alongside theta/deltas waves), during meditation. When you are in this state of consciousness, you create a kind of barrier around you. You might be able to hear and see them, but they cannot reach you. This state is usually right before or after you sleep. (My personal recommendation for meditation time.) You can also reach this state by listening to Trap music while working out, running, or the cycle of four meditation. It has been proven that actively controlling your brain waves (yes, it’s possible) can help treat ADHD. I did it for years and no one believed me! (Here’s the new study)
Now, this is where it gets tricky bruvs. When you first wake up, or right before you fall asleep, you are in a deep alpha state. It is possible to phase in and out while staying awake. This takes practice, but it is possible to stay in this state for blocks at a time.
THETA VIBES
Theta waves are between 4-8 Hz
this is usually what your brain functions at when you are asleep, the more lucid dreaming state. This is also our empathetic range of states when we are tapped into our raw emotions, daydreaming, and fantasizing. Harnessing these vibes has been proven to increase our intuition and creativity, and these are the wavelengths our brains are in when we are healing our body and mind.
DELTA VIBES
Delta waves run from 0-4 Hz
This is where the rubber meets the road. From the womb until about 7 years old, our brains operate in this frequency range. Our deep cell regeneration, and homeostasis happens at this level. If you really want to heal, this is where you need to start. Not only is this the restorative level of brainwaves, but this is where you can tap into your unconscious mind and neuroplasticity. A few ways to ramp this process up are:
- Ketogenic dieting/fasting
- bubble meditation
- power napping
- GABA supplements
- Yoga
- Cold Showers
Applications For Tuning In
1.Grounding
This is a real thing. Remember, Earth is essentially a battery. The body is essentially a battery. What society programmed us to do is create a bubble around us, insulating us from the healing energies we naturally get from the planet. The Earth is a huge reservoir of free electrons. This connection to the battery is severed by our shoes, car, and all of the physical material we use on a daily basis. Throughout our day, we accumulate free radicals.
Free radicals are like little dust bunnies of negativity, and if we get too many of them, they start to block off and break down our cells. Imagine yourself being made out of iron and as you move about your day, you pick up contaminants from all over. You begin to oxidize, and then finally rust.
We collect free radicals all day from:
- our environment (peoples energetic fields, radiation from wi-fi, device radiation, electricity radiation, artifitial lighting, radio and microwaves)
- fast/low nutrient foods (heavily processed and modified foods, alarmingly high sodiums, heavy metals, sugars, and acidic levels)
- heavy metals in the water supply (along with birth control, unprocessed drugs, hormones, microplastics, and other things that DO NOT GET FILTERED OUT OF THE SUPPLY)
- pollutants in the air (construction material, exhaust, decaying garbage, pesticides, etc.)
At the beginning and end to your day, take off your socks and shoes and walk or stand in the grass. You will feel an immediate energetic shift, I promise.
2.Get Some Sun
One thing I like to do that is a lot of these tricks combined, is a workout in the backyard in the morning.
Whether it’s:
weightlifting
gardening
stretching
playing with your pet
The workout relieves some tension and gets you back in tune with your body. Grounding and being in nature gets your mind back in sync. While bathing in the sun at sunrise or sunset – Those hours when the Sun is coming up or going down gives you the Vitamin D and all the benefits that come with getting some sun in, without the High UV risks.
You get a massive boost in vibes when you combine all three. The mind, body, and soul are more in tune, and you can focus on more positive things.
3. Quick Mindfulness Opportunities
You may not think you have time to check in with yourself throughout the day, but I assure you that is false. I have so many rituals you can use it’s insane! Let’s quickly tap into a few of your daily habits:
Bathroom breaks
Instead of scrolling through our social feeds or checking emails, we can use this time to check-in. Check in with your breath, measure your stress and acknowledge your organs. How is your heart rate feeling? A little high? Take some deep breaths and try to relax. A little sluggish? Start hyping yourself up a little. Not only are you the quarterback, but you’re the coach <i>and the cheerleader. How do your kidneys feel? Do you need more water? The stomach. Anything you can focus on at this time.
Coffee breaks
There is no escaping the big bean machine. As natural as we try to be, we’re not perfect. There are always some things we put in our bodies to try and just get a quick 1% right? Caffeine is great and I love the stuff. Sometimes though, we do too much. When you’re drinking a cup of coffee, take a few moments. Slowly sip and appreciate this sip. Really take in the aromas, the heat as you swallow. The bitter aftertaste. Just tap in for a minute and enjoy the experience of life.
Meals
If you’re a chef pounding down a taco over a trashcan. For the construction worker swinging their feet over the scaffolding enjoying a sandwich with chips, this one’s for you. Each bite, savor. Be grateful for the food, and the time you have at this moment. These rituals help keep me out of beta waves, and into a more calm state. Whatever works for you, but try these and you will notice a radical shift in your overall state.
Commuting
You ever just drive to work, and don’t even remember the drive? You kind of just blanked out, huh. Sometimes it’s that for me, or sometimes I’m just so stressed about other drivers on the road that I get aggressive. I don’t like that feeling, so when I get in the car I have a ritual. I like to sit and take a few deep, calming breaths. I remember that people are humans, and not to get so agitated today. If we can be just 1% better every day, we’re in a good spot. Light some palo santo, and invite some good vibes in. Be grateful for this life, pray that I get to the destination safely. Vibe check, drive.
Wakeup/Turndown
These bits are for me the most crucial times of the day. If you wake up groggy, it’s a safe bet your nighttime routine is out of alignment. I highly suggest you create an hour (maybe two) for a nighttime turn-down session. Imagine life like GTA5 or some other game and your sleeping routine like the Save Point. You should be stretching and meditating, getting your body relaxed. Who wants to go to bed all rigid and tense? Yikes! Imagine in your mind’s eye, you are going into a recharging vessel overnight.
You should be cleansing the skin, checking in on your hair and nails, and massaging yourself. You are the King of your World, you should be behaving like one. Do you have some hair that needs grooming? What about your elbows and knees? Use oil or moisturizer and take care of any ashiness or blemish area. The point here is to take care of yourself. These little hacks may seem minute, but you can create a really powerful life by developing little rituals like these. Getting ready for bed should be a time of self-love and healing, because well – that’s what sleep is.
When you wake up feeling refreshed – you won’t have to slap that snooze button. Imagine waking up excited, having planned out your day the night before. You already know what you need to get done and how to do it. This opens up space for you to enjoy the little processes of the morning, and really tune in with yourself. We still together?
Grocery shopping
One thing I do not love doing is grocery shopping. Of all the anxiety-inducing, redundant, etc…
It’s a game I don’t like to play, we’ll leave it like that. Do you know what I do love though? Farmer’s Markets. Way better vibes. You get to meet the farmers, learn about the food you are getting, haggle. All of these things just flow more naturally, unlike the robotic flow of the grocery store (get in, get lost, get tf out.) Not only do I find the food quality better, but the people are better, too. They have more aligned values, so it vibes well.
While you are socializing and learning, you might find that there is a pace at Farmer’s Markets that just feels right.
Communications
Throughout the day, we waste a lot of communication. Water cooler talk, gossip, “news”, all of these surface-level conversations we have are redundant sometimes. If we are being honest here, as humans we tend to think once we know someone, we know someone. Whatever boxes that tik and labels that stick, we kind of just juxtapose opinions and expectations on one another right?
Can you think of the last time you just took a breath and just noticed? Just notice. Listen intently to someone when they speak. Really soften your gaze, and take in their essence. You will find yourself more activated when you communicate this way. You draw more spirit out of people, and they from you. The connection is deeper, and the light brighter, so your vibes will naturally have no choice but to go up.
Washing Hands
Another opportunity you have to raise your vibes almost instantly is in things like washing your hands. Take a few extra seconds to notice your hands. Notice how the soap smells, how it feels on your skin. Feel the temperature of the water, and try to create a feeling of gratefulness for being cleansed. I’m not saying to go on a psychedelic experience of how amazing it is to have a hand and experience life from your hand’s perspective here – but bear with me. Why not, right?
You can change your mood whenever you want. You also have the choice to make every opportunity in your life a scene from YOUR movie. Do you want to just fly through life blindly and numb or would you love to squeeze every moment of passion, love, and vigor out of every moment you possibly can? Try just one of these for a time and you will see. Just imagine what your life could look like if everything in your life just flowed like a beautiful storyline! When you start lining up things in your life, less static and signal interference you will get out of it. You naturally progress into a higher state of “being”, and your life starts making some really radical shifts.
