Earth Star Chakra

Vasundhara in Sanskrit means “Daughter of the Earth”.

This is your root connection to the Earth. Connected to the foot chakras, it is said to be located 12-18 inches below your feet.

When Balanced,

• you have a deep sense of connectedness to life on Earth.
• You will feel grounded, protected, and you work toward higher causes.
• Your sense of security is not tied to the physical realm
• Your energy levels are high, and you have a great clarity of mind.
• you might hear an inner “voice” that guides you
• You feel deeply connected to Earth and Mother Energy.
• It is also said you may be in tune with animals and plants.

When blocked

• you might have circulation issues
• feel out of balance and disconnected
• may emotionally eat
• have issues with your legs and feet
• an underlyinig sense of doom with no explanation.

Journey To The Center Of The Earth

(bonus points for being outside)

• practice four rounds of box breathing
• with your mind, visualize a warmth or light in your heart/solar plexus
• with each breath, visualize it growing larger, and larger until you feel centered
• send a pulse down to the ground until you can feel it in your feet
• visualize a shaft of light, or roots, – or whatever works with you, down unto the center of the Earth
• exchange all of your lower vibrations with a sense of graditude for love, life, and light
• imagine those roots going into the center of Earth, growing until they become one, spiraling or glowing, or whatever resonates with you
