The Atrium Autem Aequitate (Court of The Light) is the proper jurisdiction for all matters pertaining to the law form and judicial system of the Society. Our law form has been established by adopting the best available disciplines and applications in Law, Equity, and Universal Principles found throughout the world, as well as our own self-directed standing in Law and Equity. These have been integrated in our law form to uphold and preserve the values and intentions of the Society and the People. The highest form of our law is that which preserves and protects the Law, Land, Equitable Interests and Beneficial Rights, and the Estates of our members, their private societies, and for future generations as a Multi-Generational Legacy Trust.
Our Society is non-hierarchical, non-denominational, inter-disciplinary, non-exclusionary, and all-inclusive, and based on the universal recognition of all faiths founded upon our pledge to each other to uphold and defend the inherent and substantive rights of Life, Freedom, and the integrity of Due Process of Law and mutual support, benefit, respect, and honor. The Court and our Law is established to protect our members and to establish the equanimity between the Society and all other Peoples and Sovereign Bodies Politic. This includes the sanctity of Free Moral Agency, Conscience, and freedom of faith and Self-Sovereignty by choice of sacred principles, in accordance with Article IV of The Constitution for the United states of America.
